Manage all aspects of leasing, from lead generation to move-in and reviews. 2. Oversee maintenance, including resident intake, resolutions, and inspections. 3. Handle financial ledgers, evictions, and property renovations. Looking for a highly qualified property manager to handle all aspects of leasing from lead generation to tour to making-the-sale to application to approval to move-in to generating great reviews; maintenance from resident intake to resolutions from proactive inspections to known issues; ledgers from renewals to balance issues to initialization of eviction proceedings to diversion program to court to lockout; renovations from lock changing to trash out to ionizing to kitchen, bathroom, door & trim, lighting, outlet & switch, flooring repair/replacement, or carpet cleaning to paint to final clean
