In this role, you will help to ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of a large commercial building. You will be working with a team and training for specific duties will be provided. Duties: - Perform routine inspections and preventitive maintenance - Operate company vehicles and equipment - Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately - Duties may include lawncare, minor construction, basic plumbing, clean-outs and building repairs. Qualifications: - Experience as a Maintenance Tech or related skills - Mechanical knowledge related to commercial buildings which could include plumbing, HVAC, electric or Construction - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and tenants - Valid driver's liscense - Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while delivering exceptional service - Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and work outside and in unconditioned environments.
