This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in long-term property management operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and optimize rental income. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to property management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of long-term rental properties, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and maintenance requests - Screen prospective tenants, conduct background checks, and coordinate lease signings - Ensure properties are well-maintained, conducting regular inspections and coordinating repairs or upgrades as needed - Enforce lease terms and handle tenant disputes or issues professionally and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of rental income, expenses, and tenant information - Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery - Stay informed about local rental laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and optimize rental strategies Skills and Qualifications: - Must have an active NC Real Estate License - Proven experience in property management or real estate, particularly with long-term rentals - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of local rental laws, regulations, and best practices - Ability to handle tenant issues with professionalism and tact - Proficiency in Streamline (or other property management software) as well as Excel and Word - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Join our team and be part of a dynamic company committed to providing exceptional housing solutions.
