Summary: Seeking a resident manager to oversee tenant issues for low-income justice-involved women's apartments, providing evening availability and property walks. Highlights: 1. Experience with justice-involved women preferred Resident manager needed for low income justice involved women's apartment in town. Must reside on the property and be available from 6pm to 6am to answer tenant issues. Duties include but not limited to keeping a log of tenant issues, calling HFD or HPD as necessary, contacting building maintenance and property manager in emergencies, and walking the property several times each evening. Social work experience or experience with justice involved women preferred. Please submit resume to be considered. Must pass drug screen and background check. Compensation is a studio unit on the property and secured parking. Unit shares a bathroom with other tenants on the floor, and no visitors are allowed.
