Requirements: Prior apartment management and/or real estate experience required. No remote management inquiries, please. Reliable, organized, and self-motivated MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR VENICE OR BE WILLING/ABLE TO RELOCATE TO ONSITE. Strong communication and tenant relations skills Compensation: Compensation is 5% of gross receipts, currently approximately $3,500 per month Opportunity to occupy an on-site unit in the future, when available.
