Work with a professional and effective team in property management Local Property Management Company looking to fill a Full Time Community Manager at Westbury Apartments in Beaverton, OR. Westbury is a 260 unit conventional well maintained garden style apartment community with one and two bedroom apartment homes. The Community Manager is responsible for Leasing and qualifying of applicants, Resident, Staff & Vendor Management and overall financial and economic success of the property. This position is responsible for overseeing 5 staff members and is expected to be able to professionally and effectively work with and manage their team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years previous Management (Community/Apartment Manager) experience, be extremely detail oriented, professional and a self-starter, have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, and email. Experience with AppFolio and Tenant Tech is a plus. Must have current knowledge of Oregon Landlord Tenant Law and Fair Housing Laws. On-Site living is preferred for this position. Compensation includes a Salary plus a two bedroom apartment home (valued at $21,540/year) and a generous benefits package including 401k match, group medical plan, 6 paid holidays and 3.5 weeks paid time off.
