Opportunity to engage with real estate investors Field Property Representative Ascended Corporation is seeking a reliable, professional Field Property Representative to serve as our on-the-ground representative at properties we are marketing to real estate investors. This is a field-based role involving local travel, property access, buyer walkthroughs, photography, and communication with our Dispositions Team. The Field Property Representative does not negotiate contracts or make final pricing decisions. Their primary responsibility is to represent Ascended Corporation professionally at each property, gather accurate information, and report everything back to our team. Responsibilities Drive to assigned properties within the designated service area. Arrive on time for scheduled property visits and buyer walkthroughs. Coordinate access to properties using lockboxes, keys, owners, tenants, agents, or other approved contacts. Host buyer walkthroughs and provide buyers with the property information supplied by Ascended Corporation. Speak with prospective buyers and document their interest, questions, concerns, renovation estimates, and proposed purchase prices. Direct all offers and negotiations back to Ascended Corporation’s Dispositions Team. Prevent buyers from negotiating directly with sellers, occupants, listing agents, or other parties during walkthroughs. Take clear photographs and videos of the property’s interior, exterior, major systems, visible damage, and surrounding area. Complete property-condition checklists or field reports when requested. Verify whether properties are occupied, vacant, accessible, secured, or damaged. Place or retrieve lockboxes, signs, notices, keys, and other approved materials. Perform basic errands or property-related field assignments as needed. Immediately report access problems, safety concerns, buyer misconduct, property damage, or other issues. Submit a written walkthrough report promptly after every assignment. Maintain confidentiality regarding seller information, buyer information, pricing, contracts, and company operations. Limitations of Authority The Field Property Representative is not authorized to: Enter into or sign contracts on behalf of Ascended Corporation. Accept, reject, or counter any offer. Promise that an offer will be accepted. Change the property price or deal terms. Represent themselves as a licensed real estate agent unless separately licensed and specifically authorized. Provide legal, financial, inspection, construction, or investment advice. Make representations about property condition beyond observable facts and information approved by the company. Share seller contact information or encourage direct communication between buyers and sellers. All negotiations, commitments, and final decisions must be handled by Ascended Corporation’s authorized Dispositions Team. Qualifications Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active automobile insurance. Ability and willingness to travel locally on short notice. Dependable, punctual, organized, and responsive. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable speaking with real estate investors, contractors, agents, sellers, and occupants. Ability to use a smartphone for calls, texts, photographs, videos, maps, electronic forms, and property-access applications. Able to follow detailed instructions and provide accurate reports. Comfortable entering vacant, distressed, or renovation-stage properties when authorized and reasonably safe. Real estate, construction, property inspection, photography, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required. Physical and Scheduling Requirements The position may require walking through uneven or unfinished properties, climbing stairs, standing for extended periods, driving between multiple locations, and working around dust or construction conditions. Assignments may occur during business hours, evenings, or weekends based on buyer availability. Performance Expectations Successful performance will be measured by punctuality, assignment completion, quality of photographs and reports, professionalism with buyers and property contacts, accuracy of information collected, responsiveness to the Dispositions Team, and compliance with company instructions.
