Focus on property inspections and preventive maintenance About the Role -- Join our growing property management team overseeing a mixed portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties across the Bay Area. You will split your time between coordinating site operations and being on-site with vendors to keep our properties running smoothly. Key Responsibilities -- Property Inspections: Conduct regular site walks to maintain curb appeal, inspect building systems, and identify preventive maintenance needs. Vendor & Project Oversight: Meet contractors on-site, coordinate repair access, manage tenant improvements, and inspect finished work for quality. Turnovers & Support: Assist with unit turnover prep, leasing walkthroughs, and small capital improvement projects. Qualifications Working Knowledge of Buildings: Solid working knowledge of building systems and general repair work. You won’t be doing the work yourself, but you will know which trades to call to get the job done. Communication & Organization: Strong proactive communication skills with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Travel Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel across Bay Area sites. Preferred Qualifications -- Prior experience managing both residential and commercial properties. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
