The Da Center Infrastructure Operions organizion is looking for an individual with proven skills to help support our Facility Operions Center. The Facility Operions Center is responsible for 24X7 monitoring of the da center’s physical infrastructure. This team will ensure th the customer experience will be optimal and grifying by way of consistency, reliability and tention to detail. The ideal candide should have a basic understanding of Infrastructure, have proficient computer and communicion skills. The successful candide will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the onsite operions teams. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels. We support availability by assisting internal teams in communicing prompt and accure alarm and event notificions. The FOC ensures safety across all AWS da centers by enforcing Change Management policies and is the communicion hub during emergency and normal operions. About the team The Facility Operions Center (FOC) is a singular support team which proactively monitor the life-safety systems and the infrastructure equipment alarms (e.g., chillers, temperure sensors, generors, UPSs, switchgear, breakers, PDUs, and ATSs) th provides power and cooling to the plform 24x7x365. We support Da Center Engineer Operions teams who are responsible for the operion of infrastructure equipment. Our role is to ensure th critical alarms are properly Responded to, Acknowledged, Investiged, and Dispched (RAID). Additionally, the FOC serves as a communicions hub during both standard and emergency operions.
