This role comes with your own desk and a steady pipeline of business — no book of business required. Our full team of sales reps generates transactions for the entire office, which opens 100+ escrows per month, giving you an average of 15 closings per month right out of the gate. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Junior Escrow Officer Ability to obtain DFPI approval Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Qualia escrow software is a plus Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary plus monthly bonuses based on gross escrow fees, averaging around $3,500/month — bringing total compensation to approximately $122,000/year for the right candidate.
