We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Property Manager to support day to day operations across our property portfolio. Prior property management or leasing experience is not required, but is considered a plus. Position Summary: The Property Manager plays a key role in daily property operations, helping ensure units are well maintained and residents receive prompt, professional service. This role works closely with the Lead Property Manager on leasing, renewals, rent collections, maintenance coordination, and tenant communication. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, execute, and maintain lease agreements and resident records • Coordinate unit turnovers, move in readiness, cleaning, and inspections • Track lease expirations and process renewals • Assist with rent collections and follow up on late payments • Coordinate with legal teams on eviction processes when necessary • Receive and manage maintenance requests; schedule and communicate with vendors • Maintain maintenance logs and related documentation • Respond to tenant inquiries and enforce lease terms consistently • Support general property operations and administrative tasks ________________________________________ Qualifications: • High school diploma required; college coursework in real estate or business preferred • Prior property management or leasing experience preferred but not required • Spanish fluency is a plus • Strong communication and customer service skills • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment • Proficiency with property management software and basic office tools • Knowledge of fair housing laws and landlord tenant regulations a plus
