We’re seeking an administrative professional to join our Property Management company located steps from public transportation, in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond District neighborhood. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish. We have good people, a relaxed, constructive atmosphere, and are seeking the right person to join our team.
This key player will serve as a key point of contact for tenants across a diverse portfolio, handling everything from lease questions and move-ins/move-outs to compliance, documentation, and coordination with our internal team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities to deal diplomatically with all levels of company personnel and customers. Property management experience, familiarity with tenant relations, leasing, or real estate operations is a plus.
This is a full -time position working approximately 37.5 hours per week, 9 am – 5 pm, Monday thru Friday.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responding to tenant inquiries regarding leases, roommates, transfers, move-outs, and general tenancy questions
- Monitoring and managing incoming AppFolio messages and emails throughout the day, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs, including documentation, tenant communication, and workflow tracking
- Maintaining accurate and organized tenant records in AppFolio
- Supporting lease compliance efforts, including notices, delinquency follow-up, and renewals
- Assisting with rent board, legal, and eviction-related documentation
- Communicating clearly with tenants, property managers, and internal teams
- Tracking tasks through completion and confirm when work is finalized
This is a great job for someone who has:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and AppFolio (or willingness to learn). AppFolio experience is a plus, but not required.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
- A willingness to take on new responsibilities
