Both positions require a JD and current license issued by the Supreme Court State of Ohio. Also, a membership in the OSBA. 1-3 years experience. Must pass background check prior to hire. Summary of position: Provide legal advice to small businesses and real estate owners; draft complaints, briefs and motions; assist with real estate transactional work including preparing purchase agreements and formation of entities; negotiation and review of loan documents; participate in real estate closings; represent landlords and developers; court appearances and assisting with litigation.
