Focus on accuracy and organization in financial records In search of a bookkeeper with some tax knowledge, ideally to initially assist and ultimately lead in handling bookkeeping for multiple small businesses that we own. As one of the owners, I have been handling this previously but am now becoming too busy and would like to hand this over to someone organized and dependable as our businesses grow. Work would mainly be remote, however it may be nice to occasionally connect in person, so being located in Washington state would be ideal. General duties would include: Importing bank data Entering invoices Entering sales receipts Reconciling multiple credit card and bank accounts Expensing transactions to result in complete and accurate P&L's Bi-weekly payroll via Patriot payroll for 4 employees using payroll service Financial reporting Reconciling purchase orders vs invoices for retail business Tracking invoices Organizing documents and maintaining complete accounting files via One Drive Familiarity with Wave apps accounting software Pay - DOE - Would prefer 1099/independent contractor arrangement.
