Experienced Traders are encouraged to apply, but will consider qualified inexperienced applicants as well; in the past, in addition to individuals with traditional finance, economics, and STEM backgrounds, we have also found that self-motivated, analytical, and emotionally disciplined individuals such as chess, bridge, poker, or videogame players, or those with a military, weightlifting, or athletic background make good Traders. Over the last 30 years, our Senior Trader has hit $1, 000, 000+ in a single year; our Senior Managers have managed and mentored Traders who have historically made $100k-800k/year while being profitable 15-19 out of 20 trading days in both bull and bear markets.
