Engage directly with senior stakeholders and finance leaders
Contribute to business development, recruiting, and internal growth initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications

Background from Big 4 or leading national firms.
At least 1–3 busy seasons as a Senior

Professional Profile
High-energy, adaptable, and intellectually curious
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding beyond traditional audit work
Proven ability to learn quickly and deliver immediate value
