We are seeking a highly capable Loan Partner to join a high-performing mortgage team in Tampa. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will work closely with loan officers to manage files from applicion through closing and ensure an exceptional client experience. Wh You’ll do: Manage the full loan process from pre-approval to submission. Review borrower documention for accuracy (credit, income, assets, liabilities). Perform detailed income calculions (salaried & self-employed borrowers). Run DU/LP, interpret AUS findings, and prepare conditions. Register and submit loans through lender portals. Communice loan products, res, and processes to borrowers clearly. Prepare disclosures and ensure compliance with regulions. Collabore with processors, underwriters, and loan officers to hit timelines. Wh We’re Looking For: 3+ years in mortgage lending as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or similar. Deep understanding of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines. Strong AUS/DU/LP and lender portal experience. Proven income calculion skills. Excellent communicion and client-facing ability. Proficiency with LOS systems (Encompass, Arive, LendingPad, etc.).
