Must be familiar with Excel. Knowledge using Quick Books is a plus. Bilingual (English-Spanish) is required. Applicants should not be in school or have other part-time or full-time obligations. You will be expected to sign a non-compete and confidentiality agreement. This job requires attention to detail because you will be capturing sensitive data every single day. This is a fast-paced, time-pressured position. Responsibilities include: - Preparation and review of periodic client payroll and related reports - Preparation and review of annual forms 1099s Job Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of Bookkeeping or Payroll experience in a similar setting - Understanding of Financial Statements and Payroll Reporting is a plus - Strong professional verbal and written skills (English & Spanish) - Strong typing skills - We offer a competitive salary.
