You will work directly alongside our funding department and assist with the day-to-day operations of a busy, fast-paced lending office. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION. YOU WILL NOT BE SELLING ANYTHING. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING You’ll work in the Loan Processor department helping manage the daily flow of active real estate loans and customer service. Your responsibilities may include communicating with borrowers, brokers, escrow and title companies, lenders and other parties; collecting and organizing loan documentation; assisting with loan files from application through closing; following up on outstanding items; and helping keep transactions moving forward. Again, there is absolutely no selling involved.
