This position will be responsible for key accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory management, supporting the company’s financial accuracy and operational success. Job Duties: • Prepare and process AIA billings and lien waivers in accordance with contract requirements • Post cash receipts accurately to customer accounts • Perform job cost reconciliations, ensuring costs are properly recorded • Responsible for full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment processing • Input and reconcile material inventory • Prepare monthly sales tax report Qualifications: • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable • Solid understanding of job cost accounting principles • High level of attention to detail with a focus on accuracy • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related office applications • Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic and team player • Effective written and verbal communication skills Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
