Summary: Our tax and accounting firm is seeking bookkeepers to handle bank statement reconciliation and assist with client tax documentation. Highlights: 1. No A/R or A/P for clients Our tax and accounting firm is looking to hire 2x bookkeepers, starting immediately. Responsibilities includes: Monthly download of bank statements Monthly reconciliation of bank statements Assist with client tax pickup Assist with client tax dropoffs Assist with client uploads of tax documents We do no A/R or A/P for clients Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience with QB desktop and/or QB Online. Hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm. 2 weeks PTO and caps out at 5 weeks of PTO. Paid holidays. Full time position, year round work.
