Summary: Seeking an entry-level Audit Consultant to plan and perform financial, operational, and compliance audits, communicate findings, and document audit processes. Highlights: 1. Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits Audit Consultant (Entry-Level) Up to $50 per hour Start time: ASAP Fully on-site Project length: 6 months+ with potential to extend, depending on performance, business needs and etc. The Branch does not provide visa sponsorship for this role REQUIREMENT Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, master degree preferred. 1-2 years of auditing experience in external audit or internal audit, preferably in financial services/banking industry. Familiar with audit testing, workpaper documentation. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and perform financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the annual internal audit plan; Conduct meetings/interviews/walkthroughs with Branch management and personnel to assess how controls are functioning in a specific area; Execute testing of specified area and identify potential or reportable issues; Communicate findings to line management responsible for the area audited and the Department Head; Draft audit findings/reports; Collect evidence or perform testing on corrective actions to ensure that remediation implemented is effective; Document sample selected, fieldwork performed, test results, conclusion and findings in a clear and concise manner; Organize supporting documents to support audit conclusion; Perform other duties (i.e. audit administration, special review, ongoing monitoring, etc.) as assigned provided that the duties performed do not infringe on the auditor’s independence or objectivity.
