Reporting to shareholders. • WIP & Job Costing: Lead the preparation, accuracy, and analysis of monthly Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules and revenue recognition models. • Risk & Compliance: Manage local California construction compliance, including preliminary notices, mechanics liens, conditional/unconditional waivers, and certified payroll.
