It has never left me stranded and has driven to, through and back from the Rubicon, Fordyce and Ducey-Irshim trails many times. It has been meticulously maintained with fluid changes every 3k miles and stored in garage. The suspension has been converted to frame-mounted tri-link system for maximum articulation, equipped with Fox coil-over shocks & remote reservoirs. The lift is a WELDED frame link system, not a bolt-on kit. The vehicle will accept 40” tires and comes with 39.5x14.5x16” Pitbull Krawlers mounted on Raceline 16” beadlocks. Currently, the street mudders are installed with BFG 37x12.5x16 T/A’s. There is more than $30,000 invested in front and rear FULL-FLOATING axles alone: A full-floating Dynatrac front stub hub Dana 60, 5.88 ratio with every option was custom built for this Jeep. The front is equipped with an ARB air-locker and manual sway-bar disconnect, assuring no electronic failure point. There is a PSC gear box and steering ram with PSC pump and reservoir to assist with steering against large boulders and 40” tires. The rear is a custom-built GM 14 bolt with shaved 5.88 Motive gears, outfitted with a Yukon Grizzly Auto-Locker. All corners are 1-ton disc brake type with steel braided lines. The drivelines have been upgraded to Adams 1 ton with 1480 U-joint and CV’s. Axles are limit-strapped and hydraulic bump-stopped for safe articulation. The body has been rock-proofed with preformed 3/16’ steel rear quarters, professionally painted to match body. Rear LED tail lights and JW front LED lights. The custom schedule-40 fenders on all 4 corners can handle a 400lb load each, constructed to stand on them for roof access. XRC extreme approach front and rear bumpers with a Superwinch 9.5ti recovery system that’s never been used. Rear bumper swing-away tire carrier with removable rack system, equipped with roto-pax for extra water and fuel. High Jack mounted to carrier. Full underbody skid protection with 3/16” RROR belly, fuel, engine, tranny and driveline coverage. Rear pinion protected with ½” Pinion guard by RoughStuff. 3/16” steel with schedule 40 tubing rock sliders by RROR. This jeep is made to glide over and pivot around boulders.
