Overseeing design tasks, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and deadlines. Requirements What We’re Looking For 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design. A strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, visual design skills, and design process. Proficiency in design tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a close-knit in-house team. Nice to Have Experience in a SaaS, tech, or product-led company. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (you don’t need to code, but understanding dev constraints helps).
