Seeking Web & Graphic Design Professional in SWFL (Lee or Collier County)

- Job Summary - We are looked a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and web development (Wordpress & PHP). Remote & In-person meetings occasionally! This role involves creating graphics including logos, editing stock images and creating ad types for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Wordpress. You will work with multiple teams to develop new and creative design solutions that align with our brand/s marketing goals. - Responsibilities - • Develop and Design creative concepts for branding, marketing materials, and digital content. • Design logos, illustrations, and graphics that effectively communicate brand messages. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms on social media and web. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create high-quality designs. • Engage in Web design and Development projects, creating user-friendly interfaces and layouts. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design. • Bonus: Have a good understanding of Split Testing web and graphics for ads and page layouts for maximizing conversion rate. - Skills - • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). • Strong understanding of digital art techniques and color management principles. • Experience with web design technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, including minor PHP and Wordpress Plugin editing. • Knowledge of branding strategies and marketing principles. • Ability to create engaging graphics and video content. • Strong illustration skills with an eye for layout design and typesetting. • Experience in Facebook Advertising and Wordpress Development is a plus. • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. • A keen eye for detail combined with strong organizational skills.
