Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Design director on seasonal line development for woven sportswear across diverse categories, including jackets and skirts, with a strong emphasis on bottoms Conduct in-depth market research and store shopping to identify trends, color schemes, and styles that are directly aligned with our customer brands. Expertly create comprehensive tech packs, tech flats, and specifications to drive an efficient development into production process. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and our partners in China, to ensure cohesive and successful product execution. Manage and oversee the sample development process, ensuring strict adherence to the established calendar and milestone dates. Actively participate in fittings and make design adjustments based on fit feedback and the desired aesthetic.
