Duties/Responsibilities · As a Career Associate, you will: *Learn warehouse operations—shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. · Operate a forklift (training provided). · Utilize ERP and inventory management software for tracking and inquiries. · Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. · Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring proper handling and storage. · Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment. · Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
