Description

The Warehouse Associate at Solar Energy Solutions will be integral to the daily operations of our fast-paced install workforce. This role centers around efficiently preparing materials for install crews, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and assisting Install Team Leaders with requests and replacements. We are seeking individuals eager to develop skills in the rapidly expanding solar energy field and contribute positively to our community and the environment. Experienced forklift operator required. This role will also include driving a box truck to make deliveries to Louisville, Cincinnati, and Indiana. Passing a DOT certification is required for this role. Requirements Key Requirements: Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working on uneven surfaces. Valid driver's license and the ability to operate vehicles up to 26 feet. Proven experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation. Familiarity with the safe use of hand-held power tools and forklifts. Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors. Willingness to travel occasionally and work at off-site locations when needed. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background checks. Responsibilities Include: Documenting and selecting equipment inventories for install. Preparing and picking materials for install teams. Managing return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes. Inspecting incoming goods and ensuring quality counts. Managing stock levels and overseeing reordering systems. Tracking and labeling pallets and materials. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and yard. Full-time opening for a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Billerica MA. 7:00am-3:30pm Pay is $26/hr Participates in a variety of activities that include packaging, labeling, declaring shipments of dangerous goods and non-DG shipments in compliance with current DOT/IATA regulations. Receiving, storing, delivering, loading and unloading materials, equipment and other lab supplies to end users while adhering to all safety standards. Prepare domestic and international shipments, including dangerous goods shipments.
