Pollo Regio Distribution team is hiring experienced restaurant delivery drivers, driving 26' box truck to service our supply chain network. We are seeking customer focused drivers with a proven track record for safety and a desire to grow with the company. Responsibilities Interact with restaurant managers in a professional manner at all times. Complete daily maintenance checklist on truck and notify manager of any serious issue. Driving safely and unloading trucks. Ability to manage time and routes for streamline delivery experience. work well independently and familiarity with GPS devices or map apps. Requirements Proven working experience as a truck driver with a Standard Reefer Height 85" 91" 97" 103" & 16ft - 26ft. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations & DOT medical card. Motor Vehicle Record - MVR Requirement. NO more than two moving driving violations in the previous 2 years. NO convictions for DUI. NO at-fault accidents in the previous 2 years. NO hit-and-run or leaving the scene of an accident. NO Larceny/Theft record. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc). Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendation. May be required to take DOT physical. May be required to bend, stoop, twist, or reach. Must be able to lift 50 - 80 lbs.
