Help maintain cleanliness in the entrance, dining room, and restrooms as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous customer service/hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a fine-dining setting. Basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles. Ability to maintain a calm, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with guests, coworkers, and management. Strong organizational skills to manage seating charts, reservations, and guest flow. Problem-solving skills for addressing guest concerns and unexpected issues efficiently.
