Need help please!!!!! (San Diego)

Need help please my best friend shy has got something lodged in his ear and it's causing him great discomfort. I cannot afford your traditional emergency vet Norris's community clinic open on the weekends. Looking for somebody to please help me physically Hands-On or with any advice to help him out can't stand to see him like this I need help please
