McCO issues this call for CVs for translators, linguists, and language instructors in all languages for opportunities contingent upon anticipated contract awards. DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS McCO seeks to broaden our bench of translators, linguists, and language instructors in all languages for anticipated contract awards with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense, USAID, and U.S. Department of Agriculture. Responsibilities range according to the specific position and may include: Designing and delivering language training courses ranging from development of foundational conversation skills to high proficiency and fluency in technical subjects. Delivering expertise in technical translation in related to foreign policy, national security, international development, international trade, and related subjects. Providing accurate and high quality written and verbal translation. Providing simultaneous and successive interpretation/translation during conferences, seminars, and meetings while ensuring consistency of terminology and correspondence to lexical, stylistic, and semantic content of the original. Providing simultaneous technical interpretation services at all levels to English-speaking staff in their meetings with the counterparts. Providing written translation of correspondence, briefings, reports, meeting/conference materials, and technical manuals. Performing general clerical duties as needed. Proofreading, editing, and revising translated materials to ensure accuracy. Requirements Required personnel shall have expertise in any of following areas: Demonstrated track record of success in translating professional academic content to and from English. Demonstrated track record of success in consecutive interpretation to and from English. Demonstrated track record of success in simultaneous interpretation to and from English. Demonstrated recent experience providing simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services to and from English in a virtual environment, preferably using the interpretation feature in the Zoom web-based platform. A minimum of two (2) years professional/formal simultaneous interpretation experience, specialized training and/or testing/certification in simultaneous interpretation. The NCLEX Success Coach is a critical member of the nursing academic team, responsible for the strategic integration and application of ATI resources to support student success across all phases of the nursing curriculum. This role promotes a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with faculty and students to enhance NCLEX outcomes through structured interventions, academic support, and effective use of assessment tools. The NCLEX Success Coach will also facilitate workshops, create and monitor individualized remediation plans, and guide students to achieve NCLEX readiness. Essential Functions: Reconcile, manage, and monitor ATI accounts for all active nursing cohorts. Provide NCLEX-aligned conceptual study guides tailored to individual courses. Design and deliver workshops focused on test-taking strategies and effective study habits. Collaborate with faculty to implement ATI resources in classroom and clinical settings. Develop, coordinate, and oversee student remediation plans to ensure measurable progress and NCLEX readiness. Conduct and track remediation workshops and tutorials aimed at improving student performance. Facilitate implementation and oversight of ATI Capstone and Virtual ATI programs. Monitor and support students in reaching the Virtual ATI “Green Light” benchmark. Provide individualized and group academic support to students in need.
