Obtain and review clinical records relevant to the current treatment episode. Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans with measurable goals. Deliver individual and group substance abuse counseling services in accordance with treatment plans. Conduct periodic reviews using ASAM to determine the need for continued services or discharge. Revise treatment plans as needed to reflect client progress and new challenges. Develop comprehensive discharge and transfer plans to ensure continuity of care. Coordinate with referral sources, including mental health professionals, criminal justice agencies, schools, and employers. Participate as an active member of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Provide clinical consultation and care coordination across departments. Document all assessments, counseling sessions, referrals, and follow-up services in the clinical record with proper signatures and dates. Attend daily and weekly staffing meetings as scheduled. We control every stage of production back to the basic raw ingredients of the reinforcement fiber yarns and matrix resin formulations. This allows us to deliver precision-engineered textiles and high-performance composites for industries that demand excellence, delivering results faster and more cost-effectively. Textum is not a job shop competing on build-to-print, one-off work. We seek to understand why traditional manufacturing processes are failing and redesign the material from the ground up with an emphasis on manufacturability. We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer to support new product development activities related to composite part manufacturing. This is a mid-career level position. The ideal candidate will have extensive CAD experience, preferably in SolidWorks, and will understand fundamental engineering design principles. The majority of tasking will relate to new part configurations where a customer supplied drawing will result in an engineered part package that will include a dry fiber preform, composite mold, and finished composite part. Both 2D and 3D drawings will need to be routinely generated and communicated to customers and vendors. This individual will coordinate and lead internal activities for design generation, review, and revision and will work with the manufacturing team to understand critical design features that need to be incorporated. They will maintain the database of best design practices for the organization and create tools to rapidly apply those practices to new designs.
