Job Summary: We are currently seeking qualified Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technicians. The successful applicant will diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, and overhaul recreational vehicles, including travel trailers. Specialization may be required in the maintenance of gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems, as well as the repair of generators, appliances, and interior components. Conduct detailed examinations, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on units requiring repair and maintenance. Execute all repairs and install parts to ensure 100% completion of trailers. Perform comprehensive pre-delivery inspections, including the meticulous reading and writing of repair orders. Diagnose, repair, and maintain propane gas and electric appliances. Utilize manuals, catalogs, and online resources to facilitate repairs on parts and components. Installation of hitches. Fulfill other responsibilities as directed. Requirements Qualified candidate will have the following: Minimum 6+ months of experience in RV, automotive, or carpentry sectors preferred, focusing on repair and installation. Practical experience in construction and carpentry is required. Proficiency in hitch installation and brake control systems is necessary. Must be capable of working in outdoor or non-climate-controlled environments. Strong hand-eye coordination is essential. Meticulous attention to detail is a prerequisite. Electrical systems experience is mandatory. Possess the ability to comprehend and convey information effectively. Capacity to accurately read a tape measure and utilize a variety of hand tools is essential. Willingness to work weekends as needed is necessary. Basic computer skills are needed. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
