Execute bolting and torque services, including: Torque application using clicker and hydraulic wrenches. Stud tensioning and ultrasonic bolt measuring. Hydraulic nut splitting and flange integrity assessments. Conduct planning, assembly, inspection, and leak diagnosis. Maintain proper documentation of all bolting activities. You in This Role & on the Team As a Drone Build Technician at Unusual Machines, you’ll be part of the core team that brings our high-performance FPV drones to life. You’ll work alongside passionate builders, pilots, and designers to assemble, program, and test custom drones for our Rotor Riot brand—known for industry-leading quality and innovation. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative. You'll be directly responsible for the builds our customers trust in the field, whether they're racing, freestyling, or flying for professional work. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will ensure each drone leaves our shop flight-ready and dialed in.
