We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Specialist to join our team. Examples of responsibilities (not limited to those listed below): 1. Interior cleaning: • Wash, scrub, sanitize, mop, dust, and polish all surfaces. • Thorough cleaning of all appliances and closets • Dishwashing, drying, and organizing. • Laundry duties include washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. • Cobweb removal. • Clean HVAC registers. 2. Interior organization: • Change, wash, and organize bed and bath linens. • Make beds. • Clean and rearrange furniture and décor as needed. 3. Equipment & inventory: • Maintain housekeeping tools and equipment in top condition. • Organize storage areas for tools and supplies. • Track and manage inventory of cleaning products and supplies. Basic job requirements: 1. Three years’ experience in luxury estate housekeeping work. 2. Willingness and ability to work early mornings and evenings, weekends and holidays when requested. 3. Must pass a pre-employment physical. 4. Must have the physical stamina and agility to work for 8+ hours a day in various physically demanding positions, such as, but not limited to, standing, crouching, balancing on a ladder, and reaching with hands and arms. 5. Ability to have clear vision of color, peripheral, depth, and adjust focus at close and long distance. 6. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 7. Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., or a 9L case of wine.
