We are currently seeking a Fire Inspections Helper to join our team of over 1,100 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position is based in our Schertz, TX location. Assist with the inspection and testing, of fire sprinkler and fire alarm equipment and the service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm or Fire Sprinkler Technician. Assist with diagnosing and evaluating systems that require servicing as well as troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm or Fire Sprinkler Technician. Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner. Some overtime, nights, weekends and On-Call hours may be required. Requirements Work experience, training or education in the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of alarm systems or related equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided. May work in variety of businesses and institutions including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities. Must possess or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses. A current Driver’s License is preferred. Must be able to satisfy Government, Federal and Customs background check requirements.
