Overview
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented RV Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, inspect, repair, and overhaul recreational vehicles—ranging from travel trailers to motorized units. You will work on systems including gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, chassis, and may specialize in generators, appliances, or interior components.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnostics & Repair
Diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems and components across multiple trades.
Perform functional repairs and install replacement parts to meet quality standards.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles are ready for customer handoff.
Systems & Structural Work
Repair and maintain propane gas and electric appliances.
Handle fiberglass, body, and structural repairs.
Install, repair, and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, and flooring.
Electrical & Plumbing
Service 12V and 110V electrical systems, including batteries and wiring.
Maintain and repair RV plumbing and water systems.
Documentation & Communication
Read and write clear repair orders, documenting parts used and work performed.

General Support

Provide professional cable concealment solutions:
In-wall cable routing
Surface-mounted cable covers
External wiring managed neatly and discreetly
Ensure the final setup is aligned, level, and clean
Troubleshoot basic A/V or connection issues as needed
Clean the workspace thoroughly before leaving
Use a second technician for larger or heavy-duty installations when necessary
Deliver exceptional customer service and confirm satisfaction before closing the job

Drill, stud finder, level, anchors, ladder, mounting brackets

Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience in a technical or service role

Job Summary:
Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting with installations of electrical systems and equipment.
Job Duties:
· Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems according to company procedures
· Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels and equipment
· Serves as a liaison to on-site contractors

· Performing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

We are currently looking for experienced RV Technician(s). The ideal candidate will diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers. Duties:
Examine, troubleshoot and diagnose units needing repair and maintenance.
Do all repairs, and install parts, trailer must be 100% complete.

Repairs to fiberglass, body and structural components.

Use manuals, catalogues and internet websites to conduct repairs on parts or components.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-year experience in the RV, automotive or carpentry industry with an emphasis on repairs and installations is desired.
Hands on experience in construction/carpentry.
Experience with hitch work and brake controls.
Must be able to work outside or in an un-climate controlled environment.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Attention to detail.
Electrical experience.
Ability to understand and communicate information.
Ability to read a tape measure and use various hand tools.
Willing to work weekends as needed.
