Agile IT Development Services Technical Lead

Program Description: The Program manages a collaborative multi-enclave (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret) portfolio of networks to provide a safe, secure, and collaborative environment in which to store, process, enrich, and analyze data. The program streamlines the examination process by offering a “one-stop shop” approach for examiners to leverage a myriad of tools and applications needed to help illustrate the totality of the criminal activity and actor(s) in question. Position Description: Agile Development Services Technical Lead - We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Agile Development Technical Lead to guide a cross-functional software development team through the full lifecycle of agile delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a passion for agile principles and servant leadership. You will be responsible for technical direction, team mentorship, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions in a collaborative environment across multiple teams. Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret with eligibility to Special Compartmented Information (SCI) Requirements Responsibilities: Ability to provide support services for multiple applications including custom built interfaces, ETL, and open sources applications. Ability to manage multiple development teams. Experience leading the following activities Automated testing and delivery pipeline Back-end development support Cloud development Containerization Development and operations (DevOps) Engagement management Front-end development Hardware management Program management Security engineering Software development Software management Systems analysis and technical evaluation Systems architecture Testing and validation Usability and user experience engineering Experience working with tools such as: Angular .NET C# MySQL, Postrges, MS SQL Elasticsearch Python RabbitMQ Boostrap Django React NodeJS Redis GraphQL Svelte Splunk Cribl Apache Nifi Apache Kafka   Required Skills: Active top-secret clearance. 13+ years of experience and a Master's degree in relevant field Proficiency in languages and tools referenced above. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire team growth. Some domestic or internal travel may be required. Preferred Skills: Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Developer, SAFe Agilist, or similar). Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with automated testing and test-driven development (TDD). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
