We are seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift in our Las Vegas, NV facility. The scope of this position includes all phases of production, including processing, packaging, case packing, and palletizing. Also is responsible for managing the supervision of the plant production team to deliver business results around Safety, Quality, Production, and Cost initiatives. Must ensure full compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise all production activities in accordance with corporate and plant policies, programs and standards concerning safety, quality, productivity and cost. Provide continual leadership and guidance to team members for the purpose of increasing their effectiveness and establishing good working relationships. Actively promote plant safety and environmental programs, and procedures that follow corporate and regulatory requirements. Manage staffing levels to current standards. Assign responsibilities to team members as required to meet planned production schedules. Coordinate the proper training of team members within the assigned department. Apply disciplinary actions in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Review shift activities and results and adjust as required for continuous improvement. Investigate production delays and take corrective action as necessary. Keep management informed of the status of production and promptly notify management of issues impacting production. Prepare reports as needed. Promote an environment conducive to teams, teamwork, and line-driven accountability. Complete special projects, duties and assignments as appropriate. Production Supervisor - Weekend Shift

We have an opening for a Production Supervisor on our Weekend PM shift, 7PM to 7AM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday at our Port Washington, WI location. The Production Supervisor leads employees to safely produce our customer’s product to the appropriate quality standard in a manner consistent with customer expectations and KTP’s policies and procedures. This includes production efficiencies, waste control, human resource, safety, and quality concerns or issues. Essential Functions: Maintain and promote safety in all aspects of the facility on his/her shift. Maintain and uphold all quality procedures and programs relating to shift operations. Maximize productivity and efficiency. Organize the workforce and set staffing levels at an appropriate standard without jeopardizing safety, quality, or productivity. Accurate management and reporting of timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other required documentation. Effectively communicate with subordinates, peers, and the senior leadership team as well as with various other departments and plants. Promote teamwork by demonstrating a spirit of collaboration and cooperation on projects with other plants and departments striving to meet project objectives. Maintain and promote strong work ethics and uphold all KTP policies and procedures. Motivate team through encouragement and acting as a positive role model for all plant team members. Mentor, train, coach and develop staff so that they can be ready to take on more responsibility as KTP continues to grow.
