Description

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities across incoming inspection, final inspection, and warehouse operations. This role ensures that established procedures are followed consistently and effectively, supports teams in resolving issues, and maintains compliance with quality and inventory standards. The ideal candidate will identify process gaps and recommend improvements while ensuring smooth execution. Role and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of inspectors and warehouse personnel Ensure compliance with documented procedures for incoming and final inspections Monitor warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and material handling Support team members in troubleshooting quality or inventory-related issues Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required documentation Enforce safety and compliance protocols throughout the warehouse and inspection areas Provide hands-on support during peak workloads or when problems arise Conduct regular check-ins with staff and escalate issues when necessary Coordinate with quality and operations teams to ensure alignment across functions Requirements High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in warehouse environments Familiarity with inspection and inventory management procedures Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to troubleshoot day-to-day operational problems and recommend improvements Proficiency with inventory systems and basic reporting tools Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of ISO or industry-specific quality standards Forklift certification or understanding of warehouse safety protocols Benefits The starting pay range for this position is $61,000 to $73,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
