We have highly trained professionals in all four pillars, who make the clients journey their priority. Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Class Instructor to join our team. The Class Instructor will be responsible for leading a variety of classes, including Technogym Cycles/Spin, Technogym Rowers, Pilates mat, yoga, and barre. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle, and the ability to create an engaging and motivating environment for members. Key Responsibilities: Lead classes with enthusiasm and energy, motivating and inspiring members to achieve their fitness goals. Utilize technology, particularly Technogym equipment, to enhance the class experience and promote optimal performance. Teach classes in alignment with the studio's philosophy and principles, focusing on the four pillars of fitness and encouraging members to utilize recovery services after classes. Collaborate with floor trainers to ensure smooth setup and breakdown of equipment before and after classes. Optimize class schedules to allow sufficient time between classes for equipment changes and transitions. Promote the use of recovery services among members, emphasizing the importance of post-workout recovery for overall health and performance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to fitness instruction and Technogym equipment usage. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the studio. Requirements Qualifications: Certified fitness instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). Previous experience leading group fitness classes, preferably with experience using Technogym equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members. Knowledge of exercise science principles and the ability to tailor workouts to meet the needs of diverse populations. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, to accommodate class schedules. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in specialized fitness modalities such as Pilates or barre. Experience working with recovery services or knowledge of recovery techniques.
