As a Performance/Youth Soccer Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping young soccer players develop the physical attributes and skills necessary to excel in the sport while minimizing the risk of injuries. The job description for this role typically includes the following responsibilities and duties. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine each player's current physical condition. Identify strengths and weaknesses in players' fitness levels, mobility, and overall athleticism. Monitor players' progress throughout the season and adjust training programs accordingly.
