Develop personalized lesson plans and strategies that align with each student’s IEP. Adapt materials, assessments, and teaching methods to fit the unique learning styles and needs of each student. Track and document student progress, making adjustments to teaching methods as necessary. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and special education teams for a cohesive learning experience. Keep open communication with parents or guardians, discussing student progress and addressing concerns. Foster a safe and inclusive environment that supports emotional and behavioral growth.
