In this role, you will operate various types of heavy machinery and equipment to ensure the successful completion of our construction and environmental projects. This position requires a strong emphasis on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes, loaders, excavators, dump trucks, etc. for multiple project applications. Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure equipment is safe and functional. Excavate, grade, and level earth in preparation for construction using appropriate techniques. Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals and radios for safe operations. Maintain equipment by performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
