Your role will be pivotal in supporting our clients' surveying projects, and your responsibilities will encompass: Collaborating with Registered Professional Surveyors to assist in CAD productions, encompassing activities like deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparations, legal descriptions, and the calculation of survey points. Skillfully processing raw field data using Trimble Business Center, ensuring data quality through rigorous QA/QC checks. Coordinating and fostering effective teamwork between field crews and office personnel to streamline project workflows and success. Requirements A track record of 1-5 years in a Survey Technician role within the field of land surveying. A preference for or active pursuit of an SIT (Surveyor-in-Training) registration. Expertise in ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, easement document preparation, legal descriptions, and final plat preparation. Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of survey field equipment. A strong grasp of Trimble Business Center and Trimble Data Center for precise data processing and analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for production activities. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate complex projects, and collaborate effectively with other design services.
