1991 Chevrolet Suburban 4X4 V1500 5.7L TBI Automatic Squarebody 2nd owner for the last 7 years since 2018. Clean title. Located Middlesex county VA. Looking for a new home where it will be driven and given more TLC. Serious people only. Have money and come check it out. I'm available in the afternoons. The all original suburban runs, drives, shifts, and stops great. Has no leaks, noises, or smoke. And has approximately 250k miles. Only 1 key for ignition and 1 key for doors. It has a 4" rough country lift, on 17" Ion alloy wheels, with Westlake 35" tires. I think it would look better and be easier on the drive train if it we're on 33s with a 2" lift. I know everything about the truck. It has a ton of new parts on it. And here is some of the areas that need attention. The engine is currently idling low. Suspect the ICM or intake gasket. Odometer and speedometer stopped working in 2019. 1991 requires instrument cluster rebuild or replace. All other gauges work. No A/C. Heat is good, but one of the vent ducts came loose. A/C system is original R-12 and would need replaced. Also the rear A/C lines have been removed. The 12V outlet cigarette lighter does not work. The power window motors work but are stupid slow and need replaced. Rear P/S window is cracked. Need windshield washer tubes replaced. Has some rocker rust holes. Body, carpet, some trim, and body seals are a little rough. I'll include some extra parts. Full size 17"x35" spare tire TBI gasket and rebuild kit Idle air control valve Replacement rockers Extra dashcover Master cylinder Radiator hose Serpentine belt and more
