Paradigm Rehab is a dynamic, growing home health agency providing Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy across New York. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Director of Recruitment to lead the charge in expanding our clinician network and bringing top talent into our pipeline. As the Director of Recruitment, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified clinicians (OT, PT, and SLP) to join our growing team. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process through to the onboarding handoff—no onboarding required. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and collaborative environment.
