Role Overview: This Supervising Only Telehealth SLP position focuses exclusively on clinical supervision and oversight of speech-language services delivered in the home health setting. You will provide expert guidance, support, and mentorship to our team of field SLPs, ensuring high standards of care through telehealth platforms. We are offering a flexible part-time schedule to support your work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on children’s lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and oversight to pediatric SLPs delivering home health services. Review and co-sign evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries for compliance and quality. Offer telehealth-based mentorship, case consultation, and support to field clinicians. Monitor and ensure adherence to federal, state, and agency regulations. Collaborate with the clinical management team to implement best practices and continuous quality improvement. Participate in care team discussions, staff training, and family education as needed. Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric speech-language pathology. Requirements Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience, preferably in home health. Prior supervisory or mentorship experience strongly preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Strong organizational, communication, and tech skills for telehealth supervision. Passion for guiding and supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional pediatric care.
