Compensation: With a competitive pay range of $70.00 - $85.00 per visit, your dedication translates directly into earnings: Part-Time (10-20 visits per week): $36,400 to $88,400 annually Full-Time, if interested in splitting adults and pediatrics on caseload Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist: We're seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Fort Collins & Loveland areas of CO. In this role, you'll make a real difference by assessing clients' needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and helping them improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Your work will be life-changing for the families you support. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy to improve clients' daily activities. Educate clients and families on exercises and strategies to enhance communication and swallowing. Document progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Qualifications: Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado. Experience in home health or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in electronic medical record documentation. Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs.
